It’s so important to recognize this because it is affecting how you show up as a mom.

If you are more impatient with the small things your kids do, lash out at your kids more frequently, or give your partner the silent treatment then this exercise below is for you.

The next time you don’t feel heard, work through these questions whether it’s out loud or in a journal.

By uncovering your feelings and thoughts,  and honoring them, you’ll process through them.

Processed feelings mean you’re able to show up in your relationships more calm, clear on what you need and can properly communicate that.
